The main attraction is the sight of the massive dam structure glowing against the dark sky. The venue is the area surrounding Tsunatori Dam in Morioka, Iwate. As the area is surrounded by nature, it becomes very dark at night. Please be extremely careful when walking. We recommend checking local road conditions and parking availability in advance if traveling by car.
To fully enjoy the light-up, prepare for dark environments. To capture the best photos, consider using a camera with a night mode or a tripod (ensure you do not disturb others). Since the event takes place in late July, please be mindful of weather changes.
