This area is a unique pedestrian-friendly space where only pedestrians and trams pass, offering a stunning view of Toyama Castle. During special 'Transit' events held four times a year, the area becomes even more bustling with over 60 stalls. Even during regular sessions, you can enjoy 40+ diverse vendors offering local ingredients, handmade crafts, and various gourmet treats.
The biggest draw is the fusion of historic cobblestone streets and modern market vibes. Enjoy local food and crafts against the backdrop of the beautiful Toyama Castle scenery. Depending on the event type, you can enjoy a bright daytime atmosphere or a more atmospheric 'Night Marche.' During Transit formats, you can freely wander through the pedestrianized area and explore a wide variety of shops, discovering everything from local specialties and limited-edition menus to unique handmade items.
