We are honored to welcome speakers Ken Kaizuka, Director of Chiba Prefectural Museum, and Yuriko Takayama, Curator at Fukuoka Prefectural Museum. Through their deep expertise, the discussion will move beyond simple viewing to explore the stories, historical contexts, and the spiritual heights reached by the artist.
The greatest draw is the live commentary from leading curators. You will learn about the unique textures of Nojiro Takashima's work and its contemporary significance through a dynamic dialogue between experts.

Note: Pre-registration is mandatory. The application deadline is July 21, 2026 (Tuesday). Capacity is limited to 70 participants and is subject to a lottery if applications exceed the limit. Please apply early.
The event will be held at the Shoto Museum of Art, B2F Hall. The museum is located in a tranquil environment away from the city bustle, perfect for focusing on art.
Please check the walking route from the nearest station in advance. The venue is inside the museum; please follow the signs to the B2F Hall upon arrival.
Registration via the online form is required. One application is valid for one person only. If you wish to participate with others, please complete separate applications for each person.
To gain the most from this experience, we recommend viewing the exhibited works prior to the event to better grasp the depth of the discussion.
There is no specific dress code, but we recommend modest, calm attire suitable for a museum environment. You may bring a notebook and writing utensils to record key points.
The event itself is free, but the museum admission fee is required. Please check the museum's official policy regarding admission fees.
This is a reservation-only event (lottery system). Please apply via the designated form. Please note that no English interpretation or English-language commentary will be provided. The session will be conducted in Japanese.
