Warabi Hadaka Matsuri is a traditional event held annually at Warabi Mimusubi Shrine in Yotsukaido City, Chiba Prefecture. This festival is dedicated to praying for bountiful harvests (successful crops) and protection from misfortune. Rooted in local spiritual traditions, the ceremony is characterized by its intense, powerful energy.
The main highlight is the heroic and vigorous ritual performed by participants, as the name 'Hadaka' (naked) suggests. The festival is held every year on February 25th. The main event takes place from 13:00 to 15:00. Since the ritual is conducted within a limited timeframe, we recommend arriving early to ensure you do not miss the progression of the ceremony.

As this is a deeply traditional and religious ceremony, it is important to respect the sacred atmosphere while observing. Since the event takes place in late February, temperatures are expected to be very low. Both participants and spectators must prepare thoroughly for the cold.
