Tsugaru Clan Neputa Village is a cultural-themed destination located in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture. *Majestic Neputa Displays**: View the incredible scale of 10m-tall Neputa floats up close. You can even inspect the internal structure and enjoy live percussion performances with flutes and drums. There are also opportunities to try playing the drums yourself.
*Live Tsugaru Shamisen**: At 'Sangendo,' listen to the raw, powerful 'unplugged' sound of the Tsugaru Shamisen. The resonant melodies are designed to strike a chord deep within your soul.
*Traditional Craftsmanship & Workshops**: At 'Tsugaru Kura Kobo Takumi,' an old rice warehouse converted into a workshop, you can observe the making of Tsugaru lacquerware, Kokeshi dolls, and traditional pottery, or participate in hands-on making experiences.
*Stroll Through a Beautiful Garden**: Explore 'Agematsu-en,' a nationally registered monument featuring a unique Tsugaru-style landscape. The garden offers seasonal beauty and features the historic 'Agematsu-an' tea house from the Meiji era.

April to November: 9:00–17:00 (Shamisen performances until 17:00)
December to March: 9:00–17:00 (Shamisen performances until 16:00)
*Sunday Morning Market**: Held every Sunday from late June to mid-October, between 6:30 and 7:30 at 'Komise-dori' street.

From JR Hirosaki Station: Take the Konan Bus to the 'Bunka Center-mae' stop, followed by a 7-minute walk.
