The biggest draw of this festival is the 'Grand Citizen Parade' that winds through the streets. The festival grounds are divided into several themed areas such as 'Wanpaku Village,' 'International Village,' and the 'Local Product Exchange Plaza.' As the event takes place from late afternoon into the evening, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for summer weather.
