Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park is a sprawling 122-hectare urban park located on the site of the 1990 International Flower and Greenery Exposition (commonly known as the 'Flower Expo'). Originally opened as Tsurumi Ryokuchi in 1972, the park evolved through the landmark exposition to become the scenic destination it is today. Visitors can still see remnants of the Expo, such as the iconic windmills and diverse gardens that blend various cultures. While most of the park is free to enter, please note that some specific facilities within the park require an admission fee.

The history of this park dates back to the 1941 air defense green space plan. After opening as Tsurumi Ryokuchi in 1972, it hosted the International Flower and Greenery Exposition in 1990.
