Currently, investigations are underway around Mt. Fuji regarding ancient mountain paths, pilgrimage routes, and historical structures.
In this lecture, experts will explain the latest findings on how the town structure of Susoh during the Edo period was identified using specific methods like ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and archaeological excavation. The session focuses on the process and results of how non-destructive technology visualizes the historical town layout hidden beneath the ground.
