"Dahlia and Garden Mum" is a seasonal event held at Sera Kogen Farm, where vibrant dahlias and garden mums bloom beautifully with the arrival of autumn. As a special program, a photo seminar led by renowned landscape photographer Mariko Yamamoto will be held during the event.
The venue features wide-scale cultivation of colorful dahlias and garden mums, offering a rich tapestry of autumn colors. On the specific seminar dates (October 11 and 12), you will have a rare opportunity to learn professional photography techniques directly from a pro while using the stunning flowers as your subject. The sessions cover practical skills such as capturing light and composition.

The venue is Sera Kogen Farm in Hiroshima Prefecture. The vast grounds are filled with seasonal flowers. For the photo seminar, please arrive at the venue by the designated meeting time.
Pre-registration via online booking is required for the photo seminar. Sales begin on September 16 (Tue) at 12:00. As capacity is limited to 12 participants per day, early booking is highly recommended. The seminar consists of a photo session followed by a review session.
Participants of the photo seminar must bring their own camera and lenses. Please note that meeting times differ: 14:30 on the first day and 07:15 on the second day. Payment must be made in advance via the online store. Please check the official website regarding English language support availability. Please follow photography etiquette and refrain from damaging the plants.
