During the winter, the resort utilizes artificial snowmaking machines to start the season earlier than many other resorts in Western Japan. If you are visiting by car during the winter, it is mandatory to carry tire chains to handle snowy and icy roads. Please dress in heavy, layered clothing suitable for cold temperatures and high-altitude wind. To protect the environment, please observe the idling stop rules in the parking areas and strictly follow all no-smoking and fire-prevention regulations.
