While the park is open 24 hours a day and is always accessible, we highly recommend visiting during the seasonal flower festivals. The scenery becomes exceptionally colorful during the rapeseed and cosmos blooming seasons. Additionally, visiting during the bright daylight hours allows you to see the brilliant blue of the sea, while visiting at dusk offers a breathtaking display of colorful gradients as the sun sets over the horizon.

As a coastal park, it can become quite windy. Please bring clothing suitable for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. During sunny seasons, sun protection such as hats and sunscreen is highly recommended.
