Tottori Hanakairo is one of Japan's premier flower parks, located in Nanbu Town, Tottori Prefecture. The most distinctive feature is the massive covered walkway that traverses the park. Please note that operating hours vary significantly depending on the season. From April to November, the park is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM). During the winter months of December and January, the hours shift to a night-time schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. From February to March, the park operates from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM). It is highly recommended to check the schedule before your visit as hours change by month. Additionally, the park is closed on Tuesdays during July and August.

Since the park covers a large area, we highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. While the covered walkway provides shelter, it is wise to dress according to the weather to stay comfortable. Parking is available free of charge. Admission fees vary based on the season and time of day; please check the official information for the most current rates. Note that the park is closed on Tuesdays during December through March.
