Togakushi Ski Resort is located in Togakushi, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. From the summit area at an altitude of 1,748m, you can enjoy a stunning 360-degree panoramic view of the Togakushi mountain range and the Northern Alps. On exceptionally clear days, you may even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. The ski area spans the bases of two mountains, Mt. Menou and Mt. Kemanashi, offering diverse terrain that caters to all skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced skiers.
The facility is managed by Nagano City and currently operates under the designation of Togakushi Co., Ltd. It has developed into a premier ski resort that utilizes the rich natural environment of the two mountains to provide a high-quality alpine experience.

The ski area is divided into three main sections: the Nakash社 (Nakashacho) Area, the Center Area (Koshimizu Slopes), and the Summit Area. The Nakashacho Area features steeper slopes suitable for advanced skiers looking for a challenge. The Center Area is designed with family-friendly courses, making it ideal for those traveling with children. The Summit Area offers breathtaking views of the Northern Alps. For those seeking more excitement, the resort includes a freestyle park equipped with kickers and rails. Additionally, a dedicated Kids' Park provides a safe and fun snow-play environment for younger children.
The peak season is from December to March. January and February are particularly recommended for their stable snow quality and beautiful scenery. To enjoy the best views from the Summit Area, visiting during the daytime on clear days is highly recommended. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, there is a course for you. The resort offers everything from gentle beginner slopes to the challenging Champion Course with a maximum gradient of 31 degrees, as well as mogul courses. The freestyle park is also a popular spot for skiers and snowboarders to practice tricks. To ensure a comfortable stay, the facility provides changing rooms, rest areas, and a nursery/daycare service, making it a highly accessible environment for families.
