The park opened on April 1, 1996, as part part of the development of the Tokyo Waterfront Subcenter. It was designed to provide essential infrastructure that links the commercial hubs and facilities of the area, ensuring smooth movement for pedestrians while offering a refreshing green space amidst the urban landscape. It has become a landmark for both locals and tourists seeking a moment of nature in the heart of the bay area.

For those driving, parking facilities (Building A and Building B) are located near the vicinity of the Yurikamome Line's 'Daiba Station' area.
Since the park covers a wide area, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. If you plan to use the parking facilities, please check the rates in advance. The parking lots (Building A and Building B) operate 24 hours a day. Please note that a disability certificate may be presented for certain fee exemptions according to local regulations.
