Seibuen Amusement Park, located in Saitama Prefecture, is a theme park built around the concept of "a world wrapped in heartwarming happiness." The park's centerpiece is the 'Sunset Hill Shopping Street,' which meticulously recreates the nostalgic atmosphere of the 1960s Showa era, enhanced by modern sound and visual technology. The park is divided into five distinct areas, each offering different activities depending on the season.
The park underwent a massive renewal to celebrate its 70th anniversary. The entrance design was redesigned to consolidate previous access points into one, ensuring the story begins the moment you step inside. A unique cultural highlight is the presence of the '1050-1051' streetcar, inherited from the Nagasaki Electric Tramway, allowing visitors to experience a piece of Japanese railway history. This blend of historical Showa-era scenery and modern technology creates a truly immersive experience.

The park features several iconic areas. The 'Sunset Hill Shopping Street' recreates the 1960s with approximately 30 shops and restaurants, often featuring live performances. The 'Sunset Hill Playland,' opened in March 2024, offers a vibe inspired by international traveling carnivals. For a unique dining experience, the 'Tasogare-go Dining Car' allows you to enjoy meals accompanied by high-quality video and audio in a space modeled after a vintage dining car. Additionally, the 'Let's Go! Bazaar' within the Let's Go! Leoland area is a must-visit for fans looking for Osamu Tezuka-themed merchandise.
Activities change significantly with the seasons. In summer, the park transforms into a water park featuring a 'Wave Pool' and 'Lazy River.' From early October to early May, the 'Fishing Land' area allows visitors to enjoy stream fishing in the moving water. During winter (mid-December to early March), the wave pool area is converted into the 'Snow Kingdom,' featuring artificial snow for playing in the snow. While standard hours are 10:00–17:00 on weekdays and 10:00–19:00 on weekends/holidays, these may be extended to 21:00 during summer fireworks events.

Visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities. In the Sunset Hill Shopping Street, you can stroll through the lively retro streets while enjoying food and live shows. For a more relaxed vibe, the outdoor beer hall 'Bakurai Grill' offers sets where you can grill your own bacon and sausages at your seat. Other activities include playing at the mallet golf course and enjoying seasonal water or snow-based play.
Seiburn Amusement Park is surrounded by various leisure facilities, including the Seibuen Velodrome, Seibuen Golf Club, and the massive Belluna Dome. Depending on the season, the nearby Yuri-en gardens also offer a beautiful natural environment to enjoy.
To ensure a comfortable visit, please note the following: Payments can be made via cash or various credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Some shops may also accept transit IC cards. Clothing should be chosen based on the season: please bring swimwear for the summer pools and warm clothing for winter snow activities. A baby/nursery area is available within Let's Go! Leoland. While general photography is permitted, please check local signage regarding restrictions on specific attractions or performances.
