Ogata Village has a unique history as a land reclaimed from the Hachirogata, once the second-largest area in Japan, making it one of the country's largest reclaimed land areas. While there are parking areas capable of holding about 400 vehicles, they can become very crowded during the peak season, so please allow extra time for your journey.
