To protect the precious artworks, photography and the use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition rooms. Eating and smoking are also prohibited throughout the entire premises, including the gardens. While there is no strict dress code, comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended as you will likely stroll through the garden. Pets are generally not allowed, with the exception of service animals (guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.). Please note that the tea house area is restricted to specific tea ceremony participants.
