Despite being located near the bustling Korinbo district, stepping into this area feels like entering a quiet, bygone era characterized by ochre-colored earthen walls and narrow cobblestone alleys. As a designated preservation district, it offers a seamless blend of modern life and historical scenery.

This area serves as a precious window into the lives of the samurai during the Kaga Clan era. The preserved buildings and gardens still reflect the architectural styles of the period. Additionally, the Onosho Canal, which flows through the district, has supported local life for centuries and remains a vital part of the scenic landscape today.
