Nabana no Sato is a vast botanical theme park located in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. The park is designed to showcase the beauty of nature through various plants and flowers that change with the seasons, offering a different atmosphere every time you visit. It is particularly famous for its massive illumination displays held from winter to spring, making it one of the most iconic sightseeing destinations in Japan.
The region is blessed with a rich natural environment, and the park serves as a center for celebrating the seasonal beauty of Japanese flora. The displays are meticulously curated so that visitors can enjoy the most beautiful plants of the season, such as plum blossoms, tulips, roses, and hydrangeas, as they transition through the year.

A major highlight is the 'Andes Flower Garden & Begonia Garden,' a massive conservatory where you can enjoy vibrant, colorful flowers in full bloom regardless of the weather outside. From winter to spring, the park transforms into a dazzling spectacle with large-scale illumination and night-time light displays. For dining, the park features seven different restaurants offering Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, allowing you to enjoy your meal alongside the scenery. Don't miss the 'Nagashima Beer Garden,' where you can enjoy freshly brewed local beer.
The park's theme changes with the seasons. In spring, you can enjoy plum blossoms, weeping plums, Kawazu cherry blossoms, and Yoshino cherry blossoms. In summer, the landscape is filled with hydrangeas and irises. The spectacular illumination events run from October through the end of May. This allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the flowers by day and the magical light displays by night. Operating hours are generally until 21:00 from Monday to Friday, and until 22:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Beyond flower viewing, the park offers a rich culinary experience. You can sample local craft beers or dine at one of the many diverse restaurants. For ultimate relaxation, the 'Sato no Yu' facility is located on-site, offering a rejuvenating experience with natural hot spring waters and outdoor baths.
