Mojiko Station serves as the grand entrance to the Mojiko Retro district in Kitakyushu City. The station building has been meticulously restored to reflect its original 1914 design. Every detail, from the stone-style mortar walls to the natural stone slabs on the roof, recreates the elegance of the Taisho era. The iconic large clock, a symbol of the station since 1918, stands as a testament to its role as the starting point of Kyushu's railways.
