Its unique layout maximizes the stunning waterfront location, offering a refreshing atmosphere for visitors.
The facility opened on March 4, 2016. Developed by Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, it was born as a new style of commercial space that honors the context of the historic seaside warehouse district while contributing to the ongoing development of the Minato Mirai area. Currently, property management is handled by Prime Place (Tokyo Tatemono Group). The mall is surrounded by landmarks such as Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse and Yokohama Hammerhead, serving as a key part of the area's cultural and historical landscape.

The mall features a diverse range of shops, including fashion, kids' wear, lifestyle goods, cafes, and restaurants. A major highlight is the "Angel Wings" by Colette Miller located on the facility's wall; it is recognized as one of Japan's first officially registered spots for this art, making it a popular destination for photography. The first floor is primarily dedicated to retail and casual dining, while the second floor focuses on a wider selection of restaurants, allowing visitors to enjoy different experiences on each level. Additionally, the 5-story building houses the elegant "BAYSIDE GEIHINKAN VERANDA minatomirai," a specialized bridal facility.
The facility is open daily from 11:00 to 20:00. Daytime visits are highly recommended to enjoy shopping and dining alongside the bright, scenic views of the ocean and greenery. During certain seasons, the area may host special events such as projection mapping, making the nighttime atmosphere equally enchanting. A daytime stroll is the best way to fully experience the refreshing sea breeze and open-air environment.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities centered around the seaside environment, such as relaxing at a cafe, shopping for unique brands, or enjoying a gourmet meal. For instance, you can enjoy authentic Korean cuisine at "Korean Ushisuke" or browse high-end streetwear at shops like "NEIGHBORHOOD."
