Mount Kenuri Observatory (Kenuriyama Observatory) is a scenic viewpoint located on the slopes of Mount Kenuri in Otaru, Hokkaido, at an altitude of approximately 548.2 meters. From this vantage point, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Otaru urban area, Ishikari Bay, and the vast ocean stretching toward the horizon. The landscape offers a beautiful contrast between the blue sea and the cityscape during the day, while at night, it transforms into a spectacular display of shimmering city lights.
