Kawagoe Suijo Park is a vast prefectural park located on the west side of Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, centered around the theme of water and greenery. Spanning 44.6 hectares, the park offers a rotating variety of activities depending on the season. During the summer, the extensive pool facilities become a major hub for families and groups looking for outdoor fun. Beyond the water, the park is well-equipped with diverse sports and recreational facilities, including boating, tennis, futsal, and fitness areas, catering to both land and water-based activities.
The park was designed to create a harmonious space of water and greenery. It was established in 1988 (Showa 63) primarily as a recreation center featuring extensive pool facilities. Utilizing its prime location on the right bank of the Iruma River, the park operates in harmony with the natural environment. It is also affectionately known as "Hot Staff Kawagoe Park," serving as a vital recreational hub for the local community.

The biggest draw of the park is the massive pool complex available during the summer months. The facility boasts over nine types of pools, including a lazy river, wave pool, water slides, and a 50m multi-purpose pool, catering to everyone from children in shallow areas to serious swimmers. Other highlights include the boating pond, tennis courts, and futsal courts. Even in the colder months, the park offers unique experiences such as
