Guide
Inawashiro Town Bandaiyama Ranch is a municipal ranch located at an altitude of approximately 600 meters at the foot of Mt. Bandai in Inawashiro, Fukushima Prefecture. The vast grounds are home to grazing livestock such as cattle and sheep, creating a peaceful landscape where humans and nature coexist. The scenery changes beautifully with every season, most notably in spring when the cherry blossoms form a stunning pink tunnel, offering a different way to experience the landscape every time you visit.
Managed as a municipal facility, the ranch utilizes the rich natural environment at the base of Mt. Bandai. In a region where agriculture and livestock farming are vital, the ranch serves as a place for both environmental preservation and community connection to nature. Through the grazing of livestock, it preserves the nostalgic, idyllic imagery of the Japanese countryside for modern visitors.

The biggest highlight is the approximately 200 cherry blossom trees that bloom in spring. During the blossom season, the contrast between the soft pink flowers, the bright blue sky, and the towering presence of Mt. Bandai creates a magnificent view. The wide-open lawns, white birch trees, and grazing animals offer a perfect setting for travelers looking to relax and escape daily life. In autumn, the surrounding mountains turn vibrant colors, offering a completely different aesthetic.
