Horomi Pass is a scenic mountain pass located in Enzanishi-cho, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Situated at a strategic elevation, it offers an unobstructed view of central Sapporo and has been officially recognized as a Japan Night View Heritage site and one of the New Three Major Night Views of Japan. Near the summit, you will find Yume Kobo Sato, which operates the local lavender garden. A notable feature of this location is the presence of a dedicated parking lot specifically designed for visitors coming to appreciate the night scenery.
The location was named by Prince Chichibu-no-miya, who could overlook the central part of Sapporo from this vantage point. A nearby fourth-order triangulation station of the same name also exists. Today, the area serves as a major hub for both night view appreciation and seasonal tourism, particularly centered around the lavender gardens.
