There are three primary ways to enjoy Himi Banya-gai: "Eat," "Shop," and "View." You can enjoy a wide range of gourmet experiences at the food courts and restaurants featuring fresh seafood, or browse the various shops for local delicacies. The stunning coastal scenery is also a major draw. Additionally, the facility is adjacent to a hot spring area, allowing you to relax and unwind while enjoying the ocean view.
Operating hours vary depending on the specific area or shop within the facility. Generally, the retail shops, fresh fish market, and food courts are open from 8:30 to 18:00; however, fresh seafood is often sold out quickly, so an early morning visit is highly recommended. For dining, food service typically runs from 11:00 to 18:00, while conveyor belt sushi (kaiten-sushi) restaurants are open from 10:00 to 20:00. Please adjust your schedule based on your dining needs. If you wish to enjoy a meal later in the evening, we recommend checking the specific operating hours of the sushi restaurants in advance.

As this is a seaside facility, it is best to wear clothing that allows you to adapt to changing weather and temperatures. While many shops and restaurants accept credit cards and transportation IC cards, some smaller vendors or specific stalls may still require cash. For large groups or specific menu items, we recommend calling ahead to make a reservation or confirm availability.
