Hanoura Sakura Tsutsumi Park is a beautiful park located along the embankments of the Naka River in Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture. Developed in April 1996 in collaboration with the former Hanoura Town, the park was part of a national project by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to create model 'Sakura Tsutsumi' (Cherry Blossom Embankment) sites. The park features a large central pond surrounded by a lush canopy of cherry trees, serving as a beloved relaxation spot for local residents and a premier destination for cherry blossom viewing in the Naka River basin.

The local 'Cherry Blossom Festival Preservation Society' plays a vital role in maintaining the park through the planting of Somei Yoshino trees and regular cleaning activities.
