Hayaura Observatory is a premier viewpoint located in the Kamisenbon area of Mount Yoshino, Yoshino Town, Nara Prefecture. Situated at an altitude of approximately 600 meters, it is renowned as one of the best vantage points on Mount Yoshino. The greatest draw is the breathtaking panorama of cherry blossoms spreading below and the expansive view that reaches Mount Kongo, located on the border between Nara and Osaka prefectures. During the peak blossom season, you can observe the mountainside being painted in shades of pink from a high-altitude perspective.
