The Gyoda City Museum is a unique historical facility located directly on the Honmaru (inner citadel) site of the historic Oshi Castle in Gyoda, Saitama Prefecture. The museum is open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We recommend visiting during the bright daylight hours to enjoy the exhibits in a calm and focused environment. The surrounding castle park changes its appearance with the seasons, making a stroll through the park after your museum visit a wonderful way to experience the changing scenery. Please be mindful of weather conditions when moving between the indoor museum and the outdoor park areas.
