Guide
Gunma Flower Park Plus is an experiential flower park built around the concept of "Enjoy! Playing with Flowers." Rather than just observing beautiful blooms, this space allows visitors of all ages—from children to adults—to feel a close connection with nature. The park is adorned with signature flowers such as roses, hydrangeas, and clematis, which change their appearance throughout the seasons, offering a fresh experience every time you visit.
The facility is deeply committed to the concept of "Nature Positive," aiming for the protection and restoration of biodiversity. Through various environmental conservation activities, the park strives to create a space where humans and living organisms can coexist harmoniously. It is managed as a place to nurture the connection between people and the natural world while preserving the environment for future generations.

The park features vast areas where you can enjoy the changing seasons. The seasonal displays of roses, hydrangeas, and clematis are particularly breathtaking and never fail to enchant visitors. Designed as a "Play Field," the park offers various seasonal activities. It is more than just a viewing area; it is a place where you can engage with the mechanisms of plants and nature through various hands-on content.
Because the flowers change with the seasons, the park offers a different charm throughout the year. From spring to summer, roses, hydrangeas, and clematis take center stage, providing a spectacular display of color. Since blooming status varies, we highly recommend checking the official website for the latest updates before your visit. The park is open from 9:00 to 17:00 (last entry at 16:30). The best time to visit is during the bright daylight hours to see the seasonal plants at their most vibrant.

As part of its "Slow Activity" concept, the park offers various ways to connect with flowers and nature. Seasonal events and activities allow you to engage all five senses. Additionally, you can enjoy dining and shopping on-site. From menus featuring local Gunma ingredients to unique original merchandise and local specialties, your stay will be a rich and fulfilling experience.
Located at the southern foot of Mt. Akagi, the park is an excellent destination to combine with sightseeing in the Maebashi area. Its scenic location makes it a perfect stop for a driving tour or a nature walk. With various sightseeing spots scattered around Maebashi, it serves as a great base for exploring Gunma Prefecture.

As the garden covers a wide area, we highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Please prepare clothing suitable for the season. For payments, using WEB tickets is recommended as it offers a 50 JPY discount off the standard price. If you are visiting with a large group, please note that advanced reservations are required. For dining reservations, changes must be made by the specified deadline. As a visitor, please treat the plants and the natural environment with care and respect the surrounding ecosystem.
