Minna no Mori Gifu Media Cosmos is a sophisticated cultural complex that serves as both a central library and a community hub. While the construction process faced some adjustments regarding specialized structural and fire-resistance certifications, the facility has since become a massive success, recording over 1.2 million visitors in its first year. Furthermore, Gifu City maintains a strong international connection through its sister-city relationship with Hangzhou, China. This connection is reflected in cultural exchanges, such as book exchanges and staff interactions with the Hangzhou Library, establishing the facility as a bridge for international cultural exchange.
