Cave d'Occi is a destination-style winery located in the sandy terrain at the foot of Mt. Kakuda in Nishi Kanjo-ku, Niigata City. Its name, which means "The Wine Cellar of Ochisan" in French, reflects its identity as a place where the founder's vision of winemaking is central. The facility is a holistic space where the process of grape cultivation, fermentation, and the art of enjoying wine come together. Beyond the production area, the site features a restaurant, a hot spring facility, and accommodations, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a rich, wine-centric lifestyle.
