Seinan Nafuto Koen is a maritime park located in Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo. It provides a unique seaside space set against the backdrop of Tokyo Port, offering a sense of openness within the urban landscape. The park is characterized by its vast grounds and its close proximity to the sea.
The park is managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Port and Harbor, which oversees the operations of Tokyo Port. On July 1, 2020, there was a change in the park's designation. Specifically, a dedicated pier for government vessels was installed in the seawall area (the walkway section), resulting in that specific area being reclassified from "Park Land" to "Port Facility Land." Due to this change, there are certain restrictions on the areas available for general park use.

The park features wide-open spaces facing the ocean. Because of its location, visitors can feel the functional atmosphere of Tokyo Port while enjoying the scenic waterfront. The seawall area is currently treated as port facility land, placing visitors in an environment very close to active, everyday port operations. This spacious layout allows for a relaxing stay in a coastal setting right in the middle of the city.
The park is open 24 hours a day, allowing for visits at any time. During the day, you can enjoy the bright sunlight reflecting off the water, while at night, you can observe the unique lighting characteristic of a working port area. The location is ideal for feeling the sea breeze regardless of the season.

Visitors can enjoy the refreshing, open-air environment of the seaside. However, please be mindful of usage restrictions regarding the seawall area, which has undergone a change in land use. It is a place where you can feel the connection between the sea and port facilities from a very short distance from the urban center.
The park is situated in Tokyo's Bay Area, surrounded by popular tourist destinations such as the Odaiba area. Nearby, you will find various port-related facilities and the Tokyo Port management offices.
