If visiting in winter, please ensure you are prepared with heavy winter clothing.

The zoo features many slopes and unpaved paths, so comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. If visiting during the 'Snow Zoo' season, heavy winter clothing, gloves, and non-slip footwear are essential. Please bring a raincoat or umbrella if visiting during rainy weather.

There are some slopes and steps throughout the park. While much of the zoo is accessible, certain areas may be difficult for wheelchairs or strollers. We recommend checking the park map in advance.
Please do not feed the animals. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please observe the animals quietly without making loud noises. Please ensure all trash is disposed of in designated bins or taken home with you.
