Daio Wasabi Farm is Japan's largest wasabi farm, located in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture. Utilizing abundant spring water from the Northern Alps, wasabi is cultivated across a vast area. The grounds feature lush wasabi fields, a watermill, and charming pathways through the fields, offering a picturesque natural landscape for exploration. Famous as a filming location for Akira Kurosawa's film *Dreams*, the farm also boasts a panel exhibition dedicated to the director inside the watermill. The on-site shop offers original wasabi products, including wasabi soft serve ice cream and wasabi croquettes.
