The greatest charm is the profound sense of tranquility within the historic atmosphere of Seigan-ji. Learning proper etiquette in the main hall and facing your inner self in silence offers a unique, meditative experience. For those who find sitting on the floor difficult, "Chair Zazen" is also available, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.

3. Meditation (Zazen) begins
4. Completion of the session (Hozen-kyo)
