The venue is Netsunoyu, located in the heart of Kusatsu Onsen. Since it is situated in a lively, central area, it is very easy to stop by while exploring the town. Beyond just watching the show, there are also programs available where you can actually try the Yumomi technique yourself for a deeper cultural connection.
To make the most of your visit, it is important to check the performance times beforehand. During local festivals (such as the Shirane Shrine festivities), afternoon schedules may change. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth starting 30 minutes before each performance.
