"Nana-Yume Adventure" is a real-life treasure hunt set within the expansive "Sanyo Yume Korai" (Sanyo Dream Corridor) in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This program goes beyond standard sightseeing, allowing participants to experience local history, culture, nature, and cuisine through exploration. Discover the unique charms of various areas, including Yamaguchi City, Ube City, Hagi City, Hofu City, Mine City, Sanoyo-Onoda City, and Tsuwano Town, through the excitement of a treasure hunt.
The event is built around six categories: Food, Experience, History, Culture, Art, and Nature. For example, you can explore the National Treasure Ruriko-ji Temple in Yamaguchi City or wander through the historic castle town of Hagi. You can also engage in local traditions, such as making traditional crafts or tasting regional delicacies. As you move through designated areas, you will feel as though you are unraveling the deep stories of the region.

There is no single central venue; instead, the event takes place across various tourist spots within the Sanyo Yume Korai area (including Yamaguchi, Ube, Hagi, Hofu, Mine, Sanoyo-Onoda, and Tsuwano). Since the areas are quite large—such as Akiyoshido Cave in Mine City or Koyama Park in Yamaguchi City—please plan your route in advance using public transportation or a rental car.
To get the most out of your experience, decide whether you want to focus on history, nature, or hands-on experiences. Some courses can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day (up to 9 hours). Proper time management, including travel and rest breaks, is key to a smooth adventure.
