The Issai Kasa Odori is the main event of the beloved Tottori Shan Shan Matsuri, a summer tradition in Tottori City. Umbrella Rental Details:

• *Fee**: 400 JPY (tax included) per umbrella per week
• *How to Apply**: Download the required form and submit it to the association via email, FAX, or in person.
• *Important**: In the event of damage or loss, you will be required to pay the replacement cost of a new umbrella.

Rental fees for the umbrella (400 JPY/week) must be paid in CASH at the time of pickup. Consultation regarding invoice payments may be possible through the association.

Reservations & Procedures
