The Shiroharagawa Hangy Matsuri is a special event held in the vicinity of the Shirohara River in Saga Prefecture. The event is set against a beautiful natural landscape.

The venue is the area surrounding the Shirohara River. Nearby, the Chikugogawa Shokaibashi (a former railway bridge now used as a pedestrian walkway) is a key landmark. Between 9:00 and 16:30, the movable part of the bridge is lowered to serve as a walkway connecting Saga City (Morotomi) and Okawa City, Fukuoka. It remains passable through the center after 17:00 (except from December to February). Please refer to local maps for transportation and access details.
