Public transportation is highly recommended as large crowds are expected. Please check the latest local information regarding road conditions and congestion on the day of the event.
Preparation is key to enjoying the fireworks to the fullest. Since the display duration is very short, it is best to secure a viewing spot 15–30 minutes before the start time. As temperatures can drop by the sea at night, bringing a light jacket or wrap is advised. Please allow plenty of time for travel due to expected crowds.
Most food stalls and vendors near the venue primarily accept cash. We recommend carrying plenty of Japanese Yen (coins and 1,000 yen notes). While some facilities may accept electronic money or credit cards, cash is the standard for festival stalls.
As this is a traditional local community event, specialized English support or signage is limited. While basic English communication may be possible, most signs and announcements will be in Japanese.
