The Nachi Biei Fire Festival is a traditional fire ceremony held at Biei Jinja in Biei, Hokkaido. The festival originated as a way to revitalize the Biei community after the impact of the Tokachi-dake eruption approximately 30 years ago. Visitors can experience a powerful display of fire set within the rich natural environment of Biei.
