"Minato HANABI 2026 - 5 Days of Color in Kobe" is a special event held at the Kobe waterfront to revitalize the area. The 2026 edition marks the momentous 5th anniversary of this beloved event.
Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Kobe seaside at Meriken Park, the event features "Musical Fireworks," where fireworks and music blend seamlessly. More than just a standard fireworks display, this is an immersive experience designed to showcase the charm of the Kobe waterfront. Enjoy an unforgettable moment amidst the beautiful autumn night scenery.
The main attraction is the "Musical Fireworks" display, where the colors and rhythm of the fireworks are perfectly synchronized with music. This 20-minute high-intensity show creates a magical world in the night sky above Meriken Park.
Meriken Park, the viewing venue, is an iconic Kobe landmark known for its stunning night views. Watching the fireworks in such an open, seaside atmosphere offers a perfect escape from the everyday. Be sure to look out for the special anniversary-themed performances!
The event will take place over five days from October 19 to October 23, 2026.
