Introducing the 'Kurupuka Space Cup,' a craft workshop designed for children at the Yamanashi Prefectural Science Museum. This hands-on program allows participants to create a space-themed cup that features unique spinning and floating movements, helping children learn the principles of science through play.
The biggest draw is the 'mysterious movement' of the finished product. You can experience how a space-inspired paper cup moves inside a transparent cup. Beyond just crafting, the kit includes an explanatory guide so children can understand the scientific mechanism behind the movement. It is a wonderful opportunity for children interested in space and science to create their own original item.

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the 2F Information Desk on the day of the event. Ticket sales close 10 minutes before each session starts. Please arrive early, as queues for museum entry may cause you to miss the deadline. Capacity is limited to 10 participants per session.
As this is a crafting workshop, hands may get slightly dirty. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. Children of preschool age must be accompanied by a guardian.
