The Isonokami Jingu Annual Festival is the most significant annual event held at the historic Isonokami Jingu, a venerable shrine located in Tenri, Nara. With a history dating back to the era of Emperor Shirakawa, this festival is celebrated as a grand ritual of autumn in the Yamato region and has been cherished by the local community for centuries.

The centerpiece of this festival is the "Togyo" (sacred procession). • *Around 1:00 PM**: The Gohoren procession begins. A grand parade of armored warriors and children's Mikoshi-carrying groups travels approximately 4 km through the main streets of Tenri.
• *Afternoon**: Kagura dances are performed at the Otabisho, and the procession returns to the shrine around 4:00 PM.

• *Car**: Approximately 5 minutes from the Tenri Higashi IC via the Meihan National Highway, or 15 minutes from the Tenri IC via the West Meihan Expressway.
