  • *By Car**: Approximately 15 minutes from the Ikeda IC on the Do-Higashi Expressway. A free parking lot with capacity for about 1,000 cars is available.
  • *By Train**: About a 10-minute walk from Ikeda Station on the JR Nemuro Main Line.

Important Participation Info

This is a strictly ticket-only event (pre-purchase required). Your admission ticket includes a voucher for the BBQ set or the roasted beef. Tickets can be purchased in advance at designated convenience stores (such as Lawson Ticket or Seven Ticket) or at local spots like the Ikeda Town Tourism Association and Ikeda Wine Castle. Please secure your tickets in advance for a smooth experience.

What to Bring, Clothing & Etiquette

  • *Clothing**: Temperatures in Hokkaido can drop significantly in autumn, so please dress in warm layers.
  • *Items to Bring**: You may bring a picnic mat (leisure sheet) if it is a suitable size for your group. However, please do not occupy excessive space.
  • *Prohibited Items**: To prevent accidents, bringing tents or large tables is prohibited. Additionally, bringing coolers/ice boxes is not allowed due to food hygiene regulations.
  • *Food & Drink**: Bringing outside food or beverages into the venue is prohibited. Please enjoy the items provided at the festival.
  • *Photography**: To respect portrait and copyright rights, photography or live streaming of performers/participants is prohibited.
  • *Trash**: Please dispose of your trash in the designated waste stations. Staff will be available to guide you through sorting.
  • *Pets**: Pets are not allowed, but service animals (guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.) are permitted.
