"Let's Make Haniwa!" is an interactive experience held at Hitachi Seaside Park where you can create your own original Haniwa, a traditional Japanese terracotta figure. Participants will learn about the shapes of ancient Kofun (burial mounds) and the various types of Haniwa. It is a wonderful way to enjoy learning and creativity in a natural setting during the summer.
