Tsugaru Neputa Village is a cultural immersion center located in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, dedicated to the vibrant spirit of the Hirosaki Neputa festival. Visitors can witness the awe-inspiring scale of massive 10-meter tall Neputa floats and experience the deep-rooted traditions of the Tsugaru region through live Tsugaru Shamisen performances and artisan craft demonstrations. *Majestic Neputa Displays**: Get up close to massive 10-meter tall Nepata floats and observe the intricate internal structures. You can also enjoy live demonstrations of traditional festival music featuring flutes and drums, and even try playing the drums yourself.
*Live Tsugaru Shamisen**: At the Sangendo hall, experience the raw, powerful, and unamplified sound of the Tsugaru Shamisen. The resonant strings will vibrate through your very soul.
*Traditional Craftsmanship & Workshops**: At the Takumi Workshop, set within a historic rice warehouse from the Edo period, you can watch artisans create traditional lacquerware and Kokeshi dolls, or try making your own traditional crafts.
*Stroll Through Agame Garden**: Wander through the beautiful Agame Garden, a registered national monument. The garden showcases the unique landscaping styles of the Tsugaru region and features the historic Agame-an tea house, perfect for seasonal-themed relaxation.

The facility is open year-round, though program availability varies by season:
*Exhibitions & Performances**:
April to November: 9:00–17:00 (Shamisen performances until 17:00)
December to March: 9:00–17:00 (Shamisen performances until 16:00)
*Sunday Morning Market**: Held every Sunday from late June to mid-October, between 6:30 and 7:30 at Komise-dori street.

Located in the heart of Hirosaki, the venue is easily accessible via public transport or car.
*By Public Transport**:
From JR Hirosaki Station, take the Konan Bus to the "Bunka Center-mae" stop, followed by a 7-minute walk.
Take the Dotemachi Loop Bus to the "Kamenokoji-machi Kado" stop, followed by a 1-minute walk.
Approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Hirosaki Station.
*By Car**:
Approximately 20 minutes from the Tohoku Expressway "Oiwake-Hirosaki IC" or 25 minutes from the "Kuroishi IC."
