A mystical night of sacred dances and blazing torches illuminating the deep snows of Niino.The Niino Yuki Matsuri is a traditional ritual deeply rooted in the Niino district of Anan, Nagano Prefecture. In 1977, it was designated as a National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property.
