Venue & Access

The main venue is the area around Kurashiki Chuo-dori, extending from the vicinity of JR Kurashiki Station. It is very easy to access on foot from the station.

  • From Okayama Station: Take the JR Sanyo Line to Kurashiki Station (approx. 17 mins).
  • From Shin-Kurashiki Station: Take the JR Sanyo Line to Kurashiki Station (approx. 9 mins).
  • From JR Kurashiki Station, head left from the ticket gates to reach the main venue area.

Tips for Visitors

The area becomes very crowded during the festival. To enjoy the parades more comfortably, we recommend arriving at the venue area slightly early. Since vehicle access is restricted in the event zone, planning your trip via train is the best way to ensure a smooth visit.
